AMIK Consulting LLC is an independent consultancy focused on a specific problem: Oracle cloud environments where nobody currently has a clear answer for what's licensed and who has access to it.
We offer two services — Oracle license analysis and security role redesign. They can run independently or in sequence. Most clients start with license analysis, since the usage data often informs how we scope a role redesign.
Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price. No open-ended retainers, no hourly billing surprises.
